Holiday Organizing Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

The Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Orange County, California, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Pacific Organizers, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period:

The Contest will begin and end on the dates specified in the respective contest announcement (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside the specified Contest Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

To enter the Contest, participants must complete the entry form provided on https://www.pacificorganizers.com/free_day/. Each participant may submit only one entry. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will take place at the end of the week following the conclusion of the Contest Period. All entrants will be notified via email or phone within 7 days after the drawing.

Prize:

The prize consists of one free day of personalized organizing services from Pacific Organizers, valued at $600. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Contest winners are responsible for all costs associated with products used during the organizing project.

Consultation Requirement:

A consultation is required prior to beginning the organizing project for all winners to ensure the personalized organizing services are tailored to each participant’s needs.

Publicity Release:

By entering the Contest, the winner agrees to allow Pacific Organizers to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy:

Information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Pacific Organizers’ privacy policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Pacific Organizers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

General Conditions:

Pacific Organizers reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest at any time for any reason. By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Pacific Organizers, which are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability:

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pacific Organizers, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Governing Law:

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California.
